Eastern Parks was a holiday park business comprising of two large UK holiday parks in Norfolk and Lincolnshire.

Southview and Manor Park are well established holiday parks that together comprise more than 2,000 pitches, a nine-hole golf course as well as the four-star Southview Park Hotel.

Bluebird took ownership of the parks from an administration process in 2010/11 and appointed Park Resorts Ltd as a third party manager. After four years of steady performance improvements, Bluebird sold the business to Electra Partners in 2014 for around £45m.
