Sale of Island View Holidays

Bluebird is pleased to announce the sale of Island View Holidays to Angelo Gordon backed Aria Resorts for £11m.

The deal was highly competitive with a range of bidders, demonstrating the high level of investor interest in the U.K. operational real estate market and confidence in the future prospects of the leisure sector in a post-Brexit era.”
